Salary1. Supports employer outreach efforts to identify student sponsorship opportunities, ensuring positive and continued partnerships by fostering strong relationships with employers through regular communication and engagement.
2. Coordinates with students to facilitate the application and enrollment process. Provides ongoing support and guidance to sponsored students throughout their educational journey.
3. Regularly tracks and reports to Custom Fit Manager the progress and success of sponsored students.
4. Provides customer service, support, and clerical functions. Creates sponsor vouchers and distributes the funds associated to the voucher in the student learning software. Works directly with Student Services to ensure positive customer experience and proper distribution of funds.
5. Manages the end-to-end invoicing process, including the creation of invoices, facilitation of payment collection, meticulous reconciliation of accounts across multiple software platforms, timely dispatch of invoices to companies, and initiation of check requests for company reimbursements. Additionally, oversees settlements and ensures accurate balancing of all transactions.
6. Supports Custom Fit by vetting, researching, and processing all procurement requests following state College procurement protocols and interdepartmental processes and procedures. Ensures necessary funding approvals.
7. Represents College, Custom Fit, and Workforce Education at external functions.
8. Follows Custom Fit policy and procedures with exactness, seeking guidance as needed.
9. Works cooperatively within the College community.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.86 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
