Description:
Below please find an outline of the responsibilities we will be picking up to lead the TCPA initiative for Health Care Company:
Overall project management of all activity
• EPMP Interface Service delivery milestones
• Call Center and Vendor milestones (outbound callers)
• Working Group on Standards for Consent collection, storage and access
• Campaign strategy for obtaining consent
• Technology integration between outbound Call Centers and EPMP
Product Management for overall "system” for Consent Management and Use
• Capability definition/validation for EPMO Service for submitting and obtaining consent
• Interfaces between Call Center systems and EPMP
• Funding decisions for supporting upgrades required to make systems compliant
• Compliance Tracking Process
• Key interface with legal and legal related work products (contract language, etc.,)
Architecture
• EPMP Interface Protocol (API)
• Outbound calling systems (API)
• Data Formats
• Synchronization
Required skills:
- Business Analysis
- Requirements/feature development for overall systems capability
- Calling Systems Assessments for interface requirements
- TCPA Experience
- Ability to translate legal documents into business requirements
