What We Are Looking For
We're in search of a Call Center Specialist to lead our team in providing exceptional patient call service. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Call Center management, strong leadership capabilities, and a dedication to continuous improvement. As the Call Center Specialist, you oversee the operations and performance of our Call Center team, ensuring top-notch service delivery to our customers while enhancing efficiency and productivity within the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Call Center team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Team Management: Supervise and support Call Center patient care coordinators, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance procedures to uphold service standards and customer satisfaction levels.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the Call Center, working closely with management to implement changes.
- Patient Call Service: Ensuring that customer feedback and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on Call Center performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Call Center environment in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with scheduling and multi-tasking
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
