Our growing dental practice is looking for a compassionate, patient-centered, and goal driven Scheduling Specialist to join our team! If you are someone who likes a busy schedule and is passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience, you might be a great fit for this position. The ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm, takes initiative, and is at their best when multi-tasking.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prompt to answer incoming telephone calls

• Gathering patient information

• Reserve patient appointments by using process and protocols to productively schedule and maintain efficient provider schedules

• Determines patient's need for care

• Contacts patients to confirm future appointments

• Finishes loop of correspondence between doctor team and patient

• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to trouble shoot
