Your Role: Log into our auto-dialer at the start of your shift, start getting connected to homeowners from our lead lists, clearly & concisely speak with them over the phone to educate & set up a virtual solar evaluation with one of our top sales executives.

Follow up may be required in some cases to re-schedule or to ensure a proper appointment.

We provide the CRM, training, tools, script, leads & everything for your success.

We have many solar Appointment Setters who make as much, or more than sales executives, by calling homeowner leads & setting up virtual solar meetings for our sales executives.

**Desktop or laptop computer, Reliable High speed Internet & Headset required.**

**Minimum 1 year outbound Call Center experience required!**

**Solar/ Home Improvement/ Pest/ Alarm Sales Knowledge/ Experience required**

Onboarding & training provided, along with software & leads to be successful.

**Minimum 1 year outbound Call Center experience required!**

Work 20 hours a week. Monday - Friday.

Available shift: 3pm-8pm EST (4 hours call time, training provided before the start of the shift at 3pm est)

Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through outbound Call Center

Understand customer needs and requirements in the solar process

Schedule qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Maintain and nurture prospects within your assigned territory

Team with sales executives to build pipeline and close deals

Skills:

Strong phone presence and experience dialing 400+ calls per day using our auto dialer

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Positive Attitude

Punctual

Ability to thrive in a self managed environment
