Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products/services for home remodeling
- Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers, budget, and timeline
- Set appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified prospects
- Follow up with prospects via email or phone to confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in the company's CRM system
- Provide weekly reports to the sales team on progress and performance
- Continuously develop product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing and appointment setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer psychology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
Compensation:
