Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by contacting and engaging with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to call hot leads generated from Facebook, introduce them to our life-saving medical alert products, and warm transfer them to one of our sales agents. You'll be an essential part of our team's success in acquiring new customers and helping individuals lead safer lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to hot Facebook leads and prospects.
- Warm transfer leads to our sales agents.
- Follow up on scheduled callbacks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, warm transfer lead generation, or appointment setting is required.
- Must have high speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a reliable Windows computer.
- A confident and empathetic phone manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
