Form of workOur client is growing like crazy! They've gone from 20 franchises at the beginning of 2020 to over 80 nationally! To support this growth, we are hiring for multiple Inbound Call Center Reps/Appointment Setters for a variety of shifts.
Compensation:
$18.50/hr plus a hire bonus once permanent
Overview:
- Receive 50+ daily Inbound Calls from potential and existing customers to assist with their junk and furniture removal needs
- Educate potential customers of company services and their Green Environmental procedures
- Persuasively schedule and close appointments for removal and update the database
- Use of highly conversational scripts and rebuttals
Qualifications:
- Seeking friendly candidates with sales, up-selling, appointment setting and/or Call Center experience.
- Strong persuasion, active listening and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
Shift:
Call Center is open from 7:30 am - 10 pm Monday through Sunday as they're supporting customers all across the country.
Candidates will be responsible for working 3 or 4 weekend days per month
Training:
Candidates receive excellent support and train for 4 weeks on a 9-5pm M-F schedule. The team is very committed in their success and invest a lot to get new hires up to speed and performing.
