Description:
Coordinates food orders from Servers at kitchen line and effectively picks up and serves items ordered to each Guest table. Greets Guests with a friendly smile and uses suggestive selling techniques.
Qualifications:
Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of all food items including plate specifications, garnishing, and table numbering. Communicate effectively with Servers to time orders, and perform side service functions as required by menued items. Must be able to obtain all required work cards.
