About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Technology team as a Business Analyst based in the USA. The Business Analyst will provide support to the MarTech run team related to Offer and Campaign deliverables such as stakeholder Offer Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and/or Campaign Request Form (CRF) intake, tracking MarTech's Offer calendar with MarTech PM guidance and providing support to MarTech run Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner and Product Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for all FSI and seasonal offer creation in MarTech's Offer engine, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Adobe Journey Optimizer/Offers and Adobe Campaign/Email comms with the ability to troubleshoot issues/assist with Major Incident Response (MIR) resolution.
• Creating QE Product Backlog Items (PBI's) and tracking QE deliverables.
• Requirements gathering to support Product Owner with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign PBIs.
• Create Azure DevOps (ADO) tickets for Loyalty Campaigns and end to end tracking.
• Partners with the MarTech Project Manager to prioritize and ensure delivery of MarTech Offers and Email roadmap.  
• Responsible for reporting (generating activation, redemption, etc reports) for offers as well as working with external vendors (Cashstar, SVS, Kobie) to receive analytics on offer distribution. 

Qualifications (some examples listed below):

• Bachelor's Degree required - Business, Computers, Computer Information Systems
• Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• PMI certification or equivalent preferred. 
• Preferred experience with the following tools: Adobe suite (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics), SmartSheet, Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Power BI
• 4+ year's experience in Business Management, Consulting, IT services, and other Technology / Engineering functions.
• 1+ year's experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Project Manager
• Passion for working in the QSR / Retail CPG industry and staying current with technology trends
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative). Preferred experience working with offshore and onshore
• Ability to communicate with stakeholder teams and align toward common goals and outcomes.
• Ability to successfully juggle multiple initiatives and manage changing priorities.
