**MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF OFFICE EXPERIENCE**
Responsible for (at minimum):
- Answering the phone
- File paperwork accordingly
- Assigning technician's jobs
- Tracking job progress throughout the day
- Retrieving updates on specific jobs from vendors
- Accounts receivable
- Technician Dispatch
Requirements
- Must be available Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Valid Drivers License
- Every day problem solving skills
- Office administration experience
- Organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Past experience working with Word & Excel
- Not afraid to talk on the phone
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
