- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud functionalities.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Salesforce Solution Design: Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems used in sales and service processes.
- User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities, ensuring effective adoption of Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud features.
- Offer ongoing support and address user issues and concerns.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales and service processes.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce BSA with a focus on Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud required.
- Salesforce certifications related to Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales and service contract processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
