What you will do:
- As a Business Systems Analyst, you will streamline and enhance our systems operations, focusing on refining data integrity, reporting, and user experience to boost productivity and align with our strategic goals.
- Work alongside the NetSuite Administration team to develop project requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
- Develop and maintain reports/dashboards for end-users, ensuring consistent reporting across the entire business.Audit data quality, resolve system issues, and gather user feedback for continuous improvement, making real-time adjustments to support operational needs.
- Optimize User Interfaces for efficiency, tailoring to each end-user’s specific role within the organization and improving data entry forms.
- Oversee data governance and maintenance to guarantee data accuracy and integrity across our ERP and databases.
- Manage system updates and enhancements in our business applications/tools.
- Document business processes to pinpoint gaps, ensuring clarity and alignment between our business operations and system capabilities.
- Manage projects and workflows to meet established goals, ensuring timely completion with a focus on end-user needs.
- Run ad hoc projects as needed.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Entrepreneurial energy and spirit, with the strong desire to make things happen
- 2+ years in Business Process and/or Business Analysis with demonstrated successes in identifying, prioritizing, and deploying process automation and/or process improvements
- Hands-on technical development and/or programming and systems design experience
- Experience leading large process improvement projects
- Demonstrated technical skills to manage and lead others through complex business problems
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly collaborative with excellent attention to detail
