- They need to have strong experience (and with it very clear on their resume) supporting End of Life (EOL) - looking for information about their EOL work, end of service, and ITAM
-The candidate will be asked how they have gotten up to speed in a complicated environment and aligned to a new program.
-Resource must be comfortable writing about technology – especially infrastructure.
-It would be best if they have experience in banking or a heavily regulated environment. These are writing requirements that will have scrutiny for audit as well as external regulators.
Work Location: Must be local to Chicago - onsite 3 days a week
•Project Scope: IT Asset Management Regulatory Program to assist internal Technology
•Start Date: ASAP; initial regulatory deadlines are in June - expect to have plenty of regulatory work post June

•Work Location: 333 S. Wabash building – M/T/TR, normal 8am-5pm CST
BA with an emphasis on writing technical process and procedure. So think of a BA taking requirement instead of business ones, they are taking requirements that will be built out as process and procedure most likely related to ITSM changes.
