Job Description
We have a brand new position available for a qualified Systems Analyst to join our client’s team and perform the functional support, troubleshooting, and analysis of their security monitoring tool across internal environments. This will be a remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal customers in use of cloud security monitoring tool, dealing with issues related to the tool installation / runtime troubleshooting on the Azure VMs across client internal environments
- Document issues and resolutions to build knowledge base for self-service
- Create dashboard report to track the support requests and issues in the different life cycle
- Work with internal customers across different organizations to ensure a timely response to the customers
- Work as a project team member to timely communicate the issues, resolutions, and lessons learned to other team members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience required
- Technical skills in general software installation and runtime support in Windows and Linux environment
- Ability to use PowerBI to create analytics and dashboard
- Ability to build database and queries using Azure Data Explorer (KQL)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Knowledge of public cloud IaaS (such as Azure Compute)
- Knowledge of cloud security is plus
- Excellent communication skills to elaborate technical issues and resolutions for customers
$57.00 - $64.00 per hour
