Title - Operations Manager - Marketing Strategy
Location - Seattle, WA Hybrid
Duration - 12 Months
Pay rate - $65 per hour on W2
The Operations Manager is responsible for driving daily operations, processes & efficiencies across the Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization. This includes but is not limited to supporting our marketing planning, organizational planning process (OKRs), organizational communications cadence, tooling, organizational effectiveness, and operating models. The Operations Manager drives high-priority initiatives ensuring projects are successfully executed and delivered on time, and works closely with the Director, Strategy & Operations, the GMI leadership team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that objectives are met within the budget and timeline.
Responsibilities
Business Operations Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of the GMI organization, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, establishing workback plans and templates, etc.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Strategy & Operations Director, the leadership team, and other departments and partners to develop and implement processes related to operating models, business rhythms, meeting cadences, and marketing moments.
Identify and implement best practices and tools for improving the efficiency and quality of the operations and processes throughout the organization
Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within the budget, and in alignment with guidelines and organizational goals.
Support the organizational goal setting process (OKRs)
Organizational effectiveness and tooling:
Ensure enablement and adoption of new technologies, tools, and capabilities throughout the organization, across Adobe and third-party products.
Create opportunities for innovation in how we utilize technology, work cross-functionally, and establish global planning.
Communications & Information Management
Knowledge management: Create, manage and maintain core GMI assets, repositories, and systems, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Develop strategy for consistent, ongoing, and relevant communications across the GMI organization, across all channels, including synchronous and asynchronous communications, meeting cadences, and connection points to other organizations
Develop strategy for raising awareness of GMI-created assets, whitepapers, strategies, and insights within the Marketing organization and beyond
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in marketing or product operations, program or business management, strategy consulting, or chief-of-staff roles.
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex and diverse projects.
Strong knowledge and skills in planning, budgeting, communications, and organizational effectiveness.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerAutomate and other RPA tools, process/flow-diagrams, project management tools, communications & collaboration tools like Teams and Slack, and other relevant software and platforms.
