Benefits:

- Previous administrative or secretarial experience preferred
- Familiarity with computer systems and office equipment
- Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports
Minimum job qualifications:
- Provide support to administrative staff, acting as a liaison between departments
- Schedule meetings with external agencies and maintain communication with families and residents
- Assist with general secretarial and administrative duties
- Serve as Workers Compensation Coordinator and attend Medicare meetings as a Business Office Representative
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department on various tasks, including new hire processes and employee paperwork
