Benefits:

• Previous administrative or secretarial experience preferred
• Familiarity with computer systems and office equipment

Minimum job qualifications:

• Provide support to administrative staff, acting as a liaison between departments
• Schedule meetings with external agencies and maintain communication with families and residents
• Assist with general secretarial and administrative duties
• Serve as Workers Compensation Coordinator and attend Medicare meetings as a Business Office Representative
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Department on various tasks, including new hire processes and employee paperwork
