Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Support and assist the Managers and Seniors on assigned clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and client team members
- Prepare Bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reports
- Pay client bills
- Credit Card expense analysis for proper coding
- Update performance registers
- Resolve vendor issues
- Update billing worksheets
- Process medical claims
- Administrative Duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or in progress with anticipated graduation date of Spring 2024
- Prior accounting or Business Management internship experience preferred
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Multi-tasker
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Datafaction a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

For positions in California, the salary range is $72,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
