Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing schedules, supervising staff, and handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
- Manage schedules and appointments for staff members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Assist with human resources functions such as employee onboarding and benefits administration
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with payroll processing and human resources functions preferred
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
