Role Summary:
The Business Intelligence Specialist will manage Electrify America's Business Intelligence and analytics workflow, aligning key business objectives to needed insights, partnering with data engineers to construct tables, and independently develop and design BI products.
Role Responsibilities:
Main responsibility - assign % of time spent
- Develop reports, data analysis, or visualizations (50%)
Additional responsibilities - assign % of time
- Translate key business objectives into Business Intelligence and analytics requirements (30%)
- Create and maintain documentation of BI products (10%)
- Incorporate automation to create ease of maintenance (10%)

- 2 -4 years of relevant experience

Specialized Skills (Required):

- Strong business sense - understand abstract stakeholder needs as well as key metrics across finance, marketing, and operations
- Experience managing and improving cross-functional processes
- Experience with Agile workflow, project scoping, timeline estimation, process documentation
- Experience with quality assurance and data management tools such as Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Confluence)
- Experience with visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, RedShift, or Databricks
- Knowledge of AWS
Specialized Skills (Desired):
- Experience with master data management
- Experience in Python (Pandas)
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases

Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.
In the state of California, the salary range is $71,500- $117,800.
In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $71,500- $98,200.
In the state of Washington, the salary range is $71,500- $98,200.
In New York City, the salary range is $85,800 - $117,800.
In Westchester County, the salary range is $85,800 - $117,800.
In the state of Rhode Island, the salary range is $71,500- $98,200.
