Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in consulting and/or in the industry.
- At least 1 end to end Oracle Cloud implementation.
- Expertise in 3 or more of the following Oracle Cloud Technical tools - HCM extracts, Transformation Fast Formula for HDL, BI Publisher, Oracle Integrations Cloud.
- Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Reporting
- Write complex reports/queries utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FAW).
- Modify standard and develop custom Oracle HCM reports for ongoing needs.
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Troubleshoot the HCM system issues, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Regularly audit and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
- Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Reporting Certification
- Experience with State/Federal implementations
