The Position:
We’re looking for a collaborative high energy team member that thrives on finding the win-win – right solution for the customer’s needs and right business for OneSolution. As a Business Development Specialist, you would be charged with growing and supporting an existing book of business which results in delivering a safer and more productive workplace for customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' Sales Support/Business Development/Account Management experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales Pipeline Management
Responsibilities:
- Detailed manufacturer communications.
- Expert Level Customer Relations. Manages existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory.
- Outside Sales Support.
- Planning and Projects
- Assist with Order Inquires and Management
- Lead Qualification and follow up. Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company’s established distribution channels.
- Build Sales in Collaboration with Field Sales by assigned division
- Leverages the CRM system to document customer interactions and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Uses phone, email, and video conference tools to conduct sales activities and educate customers on product benefits.
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments with our partner manufacturers and distributors.
