Job Description
HomeCore is looking for a sales driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to sell 40-Year certifications to members of the Home Owner's Association, insurance brokers, maintenance companies, and real estate brokers.
Your Role is to use your networking capabilities and sales savvy mindset to sell these certifications for an amazing commission on top of the base salary! *You must have established connections with the HOA.
Average deals range between 20k-50k-70k
This is an opportunity to get in the sales construction industry while hitting the ground running, with tons of opportunity for advancement within the company leading to partnership. We have a small team with a collaborative atmosphere, so there is always something exciting to learn.
The right candidate is expected to be making a 10% commission on all sales, furthermore the payback on your draw will be paid back on a 50% rate. You'll be able to start receiving commissions despite not surpassing the 65k mark in commissions!
