We are looking for someone who is eager to take on a meaningful role with a young company that is growing. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist who can identify and develop new business opportunities as well as assist with marketing and admin tasks. This individual will work closely with the President of the company and assist in executing the long term vision of the company.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking and outbound phone/email campaigns.
- Manage and update CRM system
- Understand and facilitate lead generating processes
- Answering inbound customer phone calls
- Work with customers to schedule jobs
- Responding to inbound leads from website and email submission form
- Outbound introductions to key stake holders
- Monitoring employee hours, time off, log information
- Ensure that all invoices and payments are made on time
- Ordering of office products
- Request Certificate of Insurance for various clients
- Filling out vender packets with necessary information
- Help develop online and printed marketing materials
- Respond to social media inquiries
- Assist with content creation
- Prepare memos, emails, presentations & reports
SKILLS NECESSARY:
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft office software products required
- Ability to properly communication and be personable with clients and prospects
- Pleasant and professional communication skills including phone and email

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.50 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
