Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to Internet Leads via email and phone.
- Schedule appointments for our Service Department.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Enter customer data into our CRM system.
Who We Seek
- Energetic and customer-focused individuals.
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (English and Spanish skills a bonus).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Familiarity with CDK and XTime is a plus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Persuasive communication skills to set appointments.
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's License.
