Qualifications
- Proven account management / sales or other related experience – including nurturing existing accounts and prospecting new opportunities
- Knowledge of service plumbing industry or other related in-home service industry a plus
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
- Track record of working with and communicating with blue color trades people and small company owners / executives / managers
- Proven record of being self-managed self-starter in results driven environment
- Ability to manager multiple projects and a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated effective time management skills
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Be the primary service contact and build long term relationships with plumbing companies – including regular visits with current clients and prospects
- Build Trust and Identity with referral partners by following up on all commitments
- Clearly communicate your progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with manager, including utilization of company CRM
- Continuously update knowledge by actively participating in company funded training, maintaining personal and professional networks, and gathering information from clients
- Enhance department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for commitments, delivering best in class service and driving revenue growth
- Build client loyalty by delivering exceptional service daily
- Exercise creativity and resourcefulness to identify, attract and convert new plumbing referral partners through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Monitor and analyze customer referral data to help build referral partner roster
Compensationfor Full-time Employees:
Pay Rate: $75,000 - $120,000 per year (base and commissions)
- Commissions paid based on growth - uncapped
- Commissions paid for adding new accounts - uncapped
- Car Allowance - $500/month
