Job Summary : Bell Ford is looking for people who enjoy being on the phones setting sales appointments. The high energy of the Phone Room/BDC is clearly where all the cool, popular, people in the dealership work. Previous dealership BDC experience is highly desired.

We are holding walk in BDC/ Internet Sales and Sales Floor interviews on Saturday 3/23 from 11:00am - 3:00pm and Monday - Friday 10:00am -3:00pm. THIS WEEK ONLY!
Please go to the main show room. Go to the front desk and ask for Teen.or Carlos. You will complete a short paper application. Your interview may last 30-60mins. You may be interviewing with one or more Hiring Managers. Please bring your Driver's License with you. Make sure you are dressed to impress. These are customer facing positions. We require a polished professional appearance. Suit up or Dress up., Smile ! Be confident! Good Luck!

Compensation: $40,000- $60,000/year (base plus commission)
Hours: full time within dealership operating hours - weekdays, weekends and closing shift flexibility

Responsibilities:
- Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
- Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentation
- Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
- Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
- Act as a member of the BDC team, which includes cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting roles
- Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
- Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC
- Attend sales meetings
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Sufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Strong writing skills to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, advertising copy
- Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Previous BDC experience and working knowledge of Dealersocket will go to the front of the line
- Bi-lingual Spanish desirable
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (not including THC)
