Responsible for overall front office functions and support the FBH Program to service families. Works closely with the social work teams to ensure continuity of processes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Front desk/reception point of contact to answer/screen and direct all incoming telephone calls.
- Greet all visitors, ensure that visitors/clients sign visitor’s log and announce them to appropriate party.
- Create uniform case record for all new Intakes and create CIN letters for foster parents.
- Responsible for forwarding authorized vouchers to vendors for children’s clothing and maintaining the records.
- Responsible for the replenishment of the Metro Cards, maintain log and distribute Metro Cards.
- Distribute facsimiles to ensure that time sensitive documents reach the appropriate party.
- Obtain birth certificates and social security cards as and where necessary.
- Assist with mail semi-annual Family Planning and Mentoring letters to foster parents and the child/ren.
- Sign for and distribute incoming mail and packages and process outgoing US mail.
- Monitor office machines to ensure that they are operational, reporting all outages.
- Maintain vehicle logs and vehicle credit cards for reporting and vehicle availability.
- Maintain archive record retention for processing records to retention center as well as maintain in-house records for 1 year for closed cased.
- Maintain driver schedule and assist in arranging pickup of children as needed. · Maintain adequate office supplies.
- Maintain front desk/reception to ensure area is clear of clutter and debris.
- Assist with transmittal PHR via LTS as needed.
- Assist with ACD application processing as needed.
- Assist with special rate packets as needed.
- Other tasks as necessary.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required BA preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be a team player and flexible to change
- Can work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
