Working within our Sales Department, the Business Development Representative will work directly with Account Executives and the Vice President of Sales to identify prospects, build interest, and set up demonstrations leading to qualified opportunities.
We understand the importance of developing our employees and helping them reach their career goals. Successful team members in this role will have the ability to progress within the Sales Department or other roles of interest at ChartRequest.
Your Duties:
- Research and identify target prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, Seamless.ai, and HubSpot
- Conduct sales development best practices through email, phone, and social drips to connect with new prospects
- Make outbound prospecting calls to generate interest in our ROI services.
- Log and track all information, conversations, and emails into our CRM
- Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success
- Other related duties as assigned
Your Skills Should Include:
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical skills
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability and the ability to learn new technologies/concepts.
- Self-starter who can learn and ramp up quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- High-energy and persistent
- Prior Business Development experience in technology and/or software is a plus
All roles are required to complete a background check prior to the start date. Full-time associates who meet their 30 days requirements are eligible to receive paid time off and benefits.
