POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate growth through our partner relationships, serving as our Partnership Leader. In this critical dual role, the selected candidate will support the company’s go-to-market strategy by providing channel sales support to key strategic channel partners. You will represent the entire range of QCG’s solutions both through our channel partners and to direct clients. The BDR/Partnership Leader will be able to quickly learn and demonstrate low/no-code industry knowledge and will be responsible for the creation and execution of our partnership strategy.

WILL REPORT TO: Executive Vice President of Client Relationships
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Work directly with each partner’s sales and leadership teams
- Drive referrals to QCG through active calling efforts, drip campaigns, and joint marketing efforts
- Lead partner field management
- Establish mutual goals and objectives through partner field management
- Possess a deep understanding of our partners' ideal client profile (ICP), product value propositions, and business models
- Customize an engagement strategy for each partner that maximizes revenue and engagement opportunities for both the individual partner and QCG
- Communicate QCG’s relevant suite of solutions, including how to position our company to the client, to partners, and keep them informed of any updates or changes
- Maintain expertise on industry trends/practices and competitive landscape
- Develop customer stories, case studies, and client references
- Identify new opportunities based on partner needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Collaborate with internal team to define partner solutions and to influence priorities and roadmaps to scale the partnership program
- Lead flawless execution and collaboration, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned
- Perform other duties as required and assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an inside sales or account management position
- Experience selling IT consulting services is a plus
- Passion for urgency and client experience
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics and customer service
- Experience with fostering customer relationships while serving as the trusted advisor to our clients
- Experience helping customers identify gaps in business processes and workflows
- Familiarity with business process consulting, business transformations, software customization, automation, workflow improvement, etc.
- Recognition that QCG exclusively offers services and operates as a consulting company, with a focus on providing services without product support

SALARY RANGE
$67,000 - $78,000 base; OTE $100,000 - $117,000, no cap
