Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

• Actively generate new leads and opportunities for our sales team
• Identify potential clients and actively pursue them through email, phone, and social media
• Conduct research on potential clients to personalize outreach efforts
• Collaborate with team to develop strategies for lead generation
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activity in our CRM

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
