Job Description:
This is a ground floor opportunity. High Steep Roofing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our roofing services to expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Follow our proven canvassing system to generate leads on demand
- Identify and qualify leads through market research and customer profiling
- Meet or exceed monthly targets and goals to maximize pay structure
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective lead generation campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-ups
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales activities
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Proven experience in hospitality, Business Development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the roofing industry and related products/services is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills
