Hybrid workforce:

Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

 

Position details:

**This position offers an hourly wage plus a highly competitive commission plan.**

This is an entry level, career starter role! Our Sales and Marketing teams are growing fast to keep up with the demand of our clients. You will be the first person our prospects and customers interact with, meaning you have the opportunity to leave a lasting impression of the Experity brand at our target accounts.

You will follow-up on and create qualified leads, learn to use account-based marketing techniques that help build rapport and nurture relationships. Scheduling initial meetings and demonstrations is your main goal as a Business Development Representative for Experity’s direct sales force.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify strategies to target key accounts within their territories to uncover new opportunities
  • Develop and generate Sales Qualified Leads by following up on marketing-generated leads and inbound requests
  • Develop and generate Sales Qualified Leads by outbound account-based targeting through cold-calling, emailing and other forms of digital prospecting
  • Learn how to have value-based discussions with prospects
  • Identify decision-makers amongst target accounts and challenge yourself to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meetings and call objectives
  • Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce.com and SalesLoft to track daily and weekly sales activities
  • Other duties as assigned 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One year of customer service experience

Preferred: 

  • Lead generation and prospecting based on target client lists
  • One year outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience
