Business Development Project Assistant (Remote)

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service law firm, is currently seeking a Business Development Project Assistant. The Business Development Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the Business Development team in strategic efforts across the firm. The individual works collaboratively with the Director of Business Development, the Senior Business Development Manager, and the entire Marketing/Business Development team. *This position is eligible for a hybrid/remote work arrangement within commuting distance to one of the firm's offices as they will be required to go onsite as needed.*

Responsibilities include:

• Assists in tracking Business Development Projects and action items, including scheduling deadlines and updating project management database
• Assists Director of BD and Sr. BDM with reporting on ongoing efforts
• Assists with logistics of the firm's Business Development training program, including scheduling, communications, data tracking, and updating materials
• Assists in maintaining and updating experience/representative matter databases
• Assists with research on existing and potential clients and industry or market trends
• Assists Business Development team members with pitch materials as needed
• Other duties as assigned in support of Business Development efforts for the firm

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment with a client service focus
