Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Prospect and “hunt” net-new dealers in assigned geographic territory over $1M in annual revenue
- Build and manage Home Improvement prospect pipeline utilizing CRM tool
- Surpass quarterly quota goals
- Work with Onboarding team to successfully bring on new dealers; transfer day to day responsibility of account after onboarding/training to Account Management
- Attend events and expositions to prospect new dealers
- Proactively leverage reporting tools to maximize dealer performance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Self-starter with a strong desire to be #1
- Strong presentation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong Phone, Email, web-conferencing, and computer skills
- Ability to travel to customer locations and work trade shows
