RESPONSIBILITIES
Expand corporate & carrier customer and partnership base in Poland
Foster a strong relationship with potential customers
Preferably Channel Sales experience
Drive revenue growth and cash flow through the direct & indirect sale of the Console Connect product portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches.
Maintains accurate records of sales forecasts and internal documentation
Coordinates and follow-up of sales related internal processes and procedures to ensure they are completed on time
Relationship management
Ability to gain access to senior decision makers in order to develop revenue generating relationships
REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):
Hunter Sales/Partnership Closer, identifying opportunities to enable business growth in region
At least 2-5 years track record of achieving sales target in SDN/XaaS/Cloud/DC/technology segment
Experience of working with and contact base in SDN/XaaS/Cloud/DC/technology/Partner environment
Consistent history of over-achievement of quarterly / annual sales quotas
Understanding of today’s digital carrier world – Fully Automated Global Network.
Passionate about delivering excellence and continual improvement in a fast-paced, agile global business
Strong customer focus
Strong verbal communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels
Regular travel required, at least 25%
Fluent written and spoken Polish and English
Highly energetic, self-motivated and driven
