The primary objective of the Business Development Manager is to sell comprehensive security systems and services to Kastle's clients: local building owners, managers, tenants and developers. Kastle, a well-established leader in the security industry, recognizes the challenges and complexity that its clients must overcome to successfully perform ongoing management of their security systems. We uniquely run and manage security systems so our clients don't have to face these challenges. To be successful, the Business Development Manager must be cognizant of the dynamics within the market served and understand the client's security requirements. The Business Development Manager has a broad understanding of all solutions offered by Kastle and is able to effectively articulate the business value of each in ways that resonate with and best serves the customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:- Develop a strategic and defined target plan and successfully executes that plan as a hunter in sales to meet or exceed established goals.
- Identify and cultivate long-term business relationships with building owners, managers, tenants, and developers.
- Effectively articulate our corporate message and value proposition through corporate presentations and product demos; support client in designing a comprehensive security solution.
- Develop proposals, quotes and contracts using corporate resources.
- Maintain sales data to manage metrics including quotes, contracts, pipeline, client contacts.
- Participate in key industry associations and events to increase awareness of the Company's brand and favorably position the Company to targeted clients within the community.
- All other duties as reasonably assigned
