Responsibilities:
- Track, manage, and maintain accurate sales and cross-sales-related activities
- Drive sales activities that increase revenues and brand awareness by managing the entire sales process
- Provide insight on new product offerings to partners, research questions, and client inquiries
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective web and print materials for prospective clients
- Work with the implementation team to improve engagement with customers and prospects in new business opportunities
- Monitor and improve sales-related process efficiencies
- Point of contact and assist with issue research and product information-related questions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with software sales is preferred
- Strong understanding of current web technologies and programs used in the industry
- Effective in presenting webinars and facilitating sales opportunity discussions over the phone, virtually, and in person
- Ability to successfully manage and execute concurrent priorities, projects, and initiatives while meeting deadlines
- Superior verbal and written communication, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Active listening skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively throughout all levels of an organization
