What the role entails
- Create & execute on approved business plan for region
- Pursue project specifications, quotes or inquiries from various customers with the aim to close orders for ACO Building Drainage products on that particular project or line of inquiry
- Obtain a sound working knowledge of all ACO Building Drainage products
- Reviews various lead sources for ACO Building Drainage products, identify possible drain opportunities, switch if competitor is written into specification
- Target new business opportunities, fill the funnel
- Maintain Sales Management System (SMS) by entering accurate data and relevant information into MCE’s, API’s, and PDI’s along with follow up information
- Train and manage Manufacturer’s Reps or showroom/wholesale accounts who assist ACO to sell product
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science or other related discipline or Associate’s degree and related experience AND/OR one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
- A minimum of one year previous inside sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business is preferred.
Travel
70 % - Travel daily (day trips) by car combined with some overnight travel (by plane) when necessary.

Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin or Colorado
$75,000-85,000 per year plus commissions
