Our primary objective is to identify and give outreach to the community who qualify with the goal of fostering long-term relationships while bringing necessary products to the region.

Position Summary:

Our company needs to fill several positions within our Management Division. The position requires the individual to be trained in our clients and know the compliance requirements for the products and services. The Entry LevelBusiness Development Associate will qualify the consumer, and recognize their individualized needs.

Entry LevelBusiness Development Associate Tasks:

• Train for product terms and conditions
• Familiar with competing companies
• Organizing inventory
• Collaborating with 5- 10 representatives
• Customer service

Entry LevelBusiness Development Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and commitment to program necessities
• Problem-solving abilities
• Comfort taking initiative to learn the data needs of the program, determine and generate corresponding data reports, and share findings on an ongoing basis
• Courteous and pleasant manners
• Customer service and organization skills
• Good judgment and commitment to ensuring the confidentiality of the participant’s records
• Professional demeanor
