Job Description
Primary Purpose: Meet existing and/or new clients face-to-face, and through strengthening relations, maximize company growth, revenue, and profitability.
Essential Functions:
· Plan and set sales appointments with prospect clients and customers to strengthen relationship and improve traction/purchase.
· Maintain and expand client database within assigned area of scope. Contact prospects clients and already established customers (face-to-face visits, cold calling, trade shows, etc.) and add new accounts to the Chip 1 portfolio to increase company GP.
· Maintain existing accounts by building relationships, performing follow-ups and having constant interaction with customers to ensure successful pre and post-sales support of our client’s needs to increase sales.
· Provide solutions and find creative ways to help customers with respect to their supply chain needs to increase company revenue opportunities and strengthen relationships
· Negotiate prices and secure sales transactions, monitor active purchase orders/shipments, follow up with past due invoices together with inside sales to make sure all are completed on time to ensure successful support and strengthen relationship
· Work to achieve goals set by the company to maximize company growth
· Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
· Perform additional related duties as required

Required Qualifications:
· Sales Experience: at least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
· Communication skills: strong communication abilities (both verbal and written), with the capacity to convince and persuade, internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and executives up to the C-suite level
Work Environment:
· Work primarily outside of an office setting but may occasionally be required to perform job duties inside of a typical office setting
· Ability to travel (plane or driving) up to 50% or more
· Working hours may include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates(e.g. to facilitate overseas communication)
