Job description

As a leader in our field, we are expanding our global presence and seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Manager to drive our international growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in target international markets.
    • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes to inform Business development strategies.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic Business development plans for international markets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align International Business strategies with overall corporate objectives.
  3. Partnership Development:
    • Identify and build strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders in target regions.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  4. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed international revenue targets.
  5. Market Entry Strategies:
    • Evaluate and recommend market entry strategies, considering factors such as product positioning, pricing, and distribution channels.
    • Oversee the implementation of market entry plans and monitor their effectiveness.
  6. Cultural and Regulatory Adaptation:
    • Understand and adapt to different cultural and regulatory environments to ensure compliance and successful market penetration.
    • Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to navigate International Business requirements.
  7. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a team of International Business development professionals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to achieve cohesive International Business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful International Business development and sales in CPG.
  • Strong understanding of global market trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
