Responsibilities
- Build relationships and establish successful partnerships with real estate brokerages
- Cold call and cold email potential brokerage partners to develop your own book of business
- Activate agents within the brokerages to generate opportunities
- Grow the revenue and lead flow from assigned partners
- Passionately voice support for Revive's products and solutions to real estate agents and brokerages
- Understand and deliver compelling value proposition presentations on Revive services and platform
- Work with other team members to establish new partnerships beyond brokerages
- Identify prospective clients' wants and needs through an engaging and consultative sales approach
- Achieve or exceed sales goals, build our pipeline, and provide excellent service to our partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in residential real estate in California
- Active member of the real estate community and ideally a member of multiple networking groups
- Success meeting and exceeding sales quota in past roles or as a top-producing agent in your area
- Experience cold calling and setting introductory meetings over the phone
- Strong presenter and communicator, both in person and virtually
On-target compensation for this role will fall between 150-200k, but is uncapped.
