Form of workAt Conduit, we're building the infrastructure platform that will scale Ethereum. We believe that a lack of compute has been holding back crypto app developers, and that we can unlock the next wave of innovation in the crypto ecosystem by providing turn-key chain infrastructure for the masses, like AWS and GCP did for Web2.
We're a small team based in the Bay Area. We move fast, build high quality systems, and are open-minded enough to know that we always have more to learn.
About the Role
In this role, you'll work closely with the CEO to build our Go-to-Market function from 0 to 1. You'll be a consultative partner for prospective and existing customers to learn more about Conduit, developing deep empathy for their business and goals, educating them on their options, and guiding them towards the best solution -- whether that's Conduit or something else. You'll be the first non-technical hire on the team and play a key role in our success. Over time, you can grow into a leader in sales, operations, or other domains across the company.
As Business Development, you will:
- Be the tip of the spear for our Go-to-Market motion. You'll handle all the inbound and outbound motions for us to scale up our customer base.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, ensuring we hear their feedback and incorporate that into the product roadmap.
- You'll experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools to identify what works and adjust to find repeatable success.
