How You Will Make an Impact

• Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support team. Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents, process flows, data maps, and project plans.
• Business Analyst will conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new projects or changes in existing projects.
• Define, analyze and document current and future business processes, workflows and associated software; perform and document gap analysis between the current and future states.
• Business Analyst will analyze data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing actionable insights to the project team and stakeholders.
• Understand and document use Cases; identify the essential requirements and workflow.
• Business Analyst will validate that project deliverables meet the business requirements.
• Ensure all projects are in alignment with organizational strategy, governance, and compliance.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline required (Computer Science, Business, Information System)
• Current Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or equivalent certification is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Business Analysis or related field
• Knowledge or experience using Agile Methodology in Projects is preferred
• Experience working within a call center environment is a plus
• Operate in a professional office environment
• Constantly use work related equipment
• To use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
