Planning for appropriate staffing levels
Resolving routine issues and escalating appropriate concerns to Stakeholders and Leadership
Ensuring team members correctly process cases and meet standard processing quotas with quality and expectations
Providing the initial review and approval of all team member weekly status reports
Providing daily reporting and ongoing support for Medicaid automate processing (bots) fallouts
Provides back-up Central Processing Team activities as required.
Responding to mailbox inquiries and customer support requests
Responding to requests from stakeholders in a timely professional manner
Processing eligibility determination applications for Medicaid
Resolving eligibility determination issues.
Provides subject matter expertise.
Supporting training material development for new functionality
Providing training and guidance along with a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires on the Central Processing Team
Providing UAT testing and oversight for Medicaid-specific functionality representing county workers as part of all software releases; creating reports documentation outlining the success or failure of various test cases run as part of validating each release
Providing input on various bugs, defects, and issues by submitting evidence of problems and issues via the work intake process. "
This is canned statement with hours, background check and interview date/time During the interview process with the Ohio Benefits staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource's experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror's proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.
Mandatory Requirements/Time Preferred candidate will have Demonstrates minimum 5 + years' experience with Medicaid eligibility policies. Demonstrates minimum 10 years hands-on experience working in integrated eligibility determination systems.
Demonstrates minimum 5 years Business Analyst experience. Business analyst experience must include creating or reviewing functional design documents.
Demonstrates experience with successfully leading a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high levels of quality and performance.
Demonstrates ability to mentor and guide other coworkers & team members to be successful.
Demonstrates ability to organize and distribute work according to the skills and abilities of the team to ensure that tasks are optimally distributed.
Describes experience reviewing timesheets and status reports for accuracy.
Demonstrates the ability to create an atmosphere that is conducive to productivity and team building skills.
Ability to coordinate office equipment for both office and remote work environments.
Demonstrates ability to understand both the correct functionality of complex integrated eligibility systems as well as common document errors and issues.
Provide daily leadership and regularly scheduled training classes to ensure that all system updates and defect fixes have the correct work around applied.
Attend daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders to assess severity of system defects.
Demonstrates experience with user validation testing as part of a release with large enterprise-wide systems. Describes experience with performing, executing, designing and debugging test cases.
Provides oversite on complex work arounds based on ODM guidance.
Ability to create a user experience to apply system logic when defects are present.
Acts as SME on current defects, enhancements, and new functionality.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to lead new hires through an extensive training process to ensure they are successfully onboarded to a program.
Ensures all qualify measures are adhered to.
Demonstrates experience with designing, creating, publishing, and presenting dashboards, reports, and slide decks (i.e., PowerPoint), to peers, managers, and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrates excellent follow-through, communication with peers, management and executive leadership.
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
