The Business Intelligence Analyst for Mammotome is responsible for developing insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI and/or any other Data Visualization Tool to better drive critical Company decisions based on a clear and advanced information framework. This role will work closely with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to identify, develop and deploy new business data processes.
This position is part of the Global Business Insights & Analytics Department located in US and Europe and will be fully remote. You will be a part of the new Mammotome Business Intelligence Team and report to the Manager of Global Business Intelligence responsible for equipping Mammotome Global Sales Teams and Supporting Function with the right tools, data and processes at the right time. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Research, review and develop key operational and commercial metrics by mean of Business Intelligence, data visualization tools and multiple external data sources.
- As an Advanced User of Power BI, you will be responsible of scripting in Power Query M and coding in DAX to create custom measures and visuals in support of critical data-driven business decisions and/or initiatives.
- Proactively identify and help resolve data accuracy issues and reporting inconsistencies with other cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and support enterprise adoption of common KPIs framework and/or reporting tools to encourage data-driven decisions including development of training materials and project documentation.
- Review current business processes and supporting data to identify opportunities to improve business performance in addition to performing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related analytical field of study.
- 3+ years of previous experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally in medical devices sector with focus on operations and inventory data management.
- Advanced user of Power BI with extensive exposition to Power Query M Scripting and DAX programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate data to all levels of the organization regardless of their familiarity with data analytics topics
- Fluent in English (Spanish, Italian, French or German would be a plus)

The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
