Business Analyst

Pay Rate: $55 - $60 on W2 and $60 - $65 on C2C
Job Descritpion:-

• Identify, analyze, document, engineer the solution, test and roll it out successfully.
• Ability to use data and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and solve business process as well as data problems.
• Lead reviews of the current business processes and develop optimization.
• Collaboration & Communication: Crisp and clear communication with IT and non-IT resources at various levels of the organization, including senior leadership layer and other external vendors.
• Critical Thinking: Research and evaluate several options before deciding the right approach to solve a given problem.
• Task & Project Management: Identify, log, plan, negotiate, prioritize, assign and deliver tasks in a methodical way, minimizing scope creep, and eliminating confusion and chaos.
• Basic understanding of PE Deal flow and how the business operates this space.
