We are currently seeking a Bridge Design Intern – Summer 2024 to join our team in our Harrisburg office location. As a Bridge Design Intern, you will assist designers and engineers with the following responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with performing standard computations or analysis
- Collects data and gathers information or documents
- Assists with bridge inspection or evaluations
- Prepares drawings and visual aids
- Observes construction activities
Required Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering undergraduate or graduate program
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferredqualifications:
- Prior internship experience or campus involvement
May be subject to pre-employment drug screen and background check
