Job Description:
Pronoia Labs (podpak.me, turn.me) is seeking an innovative and creative Brand Storytelling Lead. You'll be at the heart of shaping and conveying our brand's story, voice, and vision. The Brand Storytelling Lead is responsible for designing and executing compelling brand narratives across various platforms, ensuring consistency and impact in all forms of communication.You'll help with marketing, creative, and retail initiatives within cannabis, beverage, apparel, and accessories spaces.This role encompasses everything from writing emails and flyer copy to directing team members and maintaining an editorial calendar. No two days are ever quite the same! Ultimately, you will help boost brand awareness by creating, managing, and executing engaging online and print campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective Brand Storytelling strategy that aligns with our company's mission, values, and business objectives.
• Lead the creation of engaging and original content, including but not limited to digital media, print materials, and web content.
• Own the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and cohesive storytelling across all channels.
• Project manage design teams to ensure visual elements complement and enhance the storytelling, and are completed in adherence with the editorial calendar.
• Craft compelling copy for a variety of mediums, maintaining brand tone and voice consistency.
• Manage projects from concept through execution, working closely with marketing, design, and external partners.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of storytelling initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our brand remains relevant and forward-thinking.
•  Project management skill-set is a plus (+)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Brand Storytelling, content creation, marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, design principles, and marketing tactics — especially within 18+ industries.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective content across various channels (social media, web, print, etc.).
• Proficient in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing a small team.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of AP and marketing copy best practices.
• Experience in SEO and analytics.
